“Having worked alongside Jennifer for several years, I’ve seen her address quite a spectrum of challenges incumbent to any client-facing diplomat. Jennifer is freakishly organized, incredibly efficient, ruthlessly rational, solutions-oriented, and is one of those incredibly rare people who is courageous enough to tackle difficult conversations with delicacy, total sincerity, and tact. Probably due to her MBA and natural knack for finance, she’s got a sixth sense for the budget of any given project, and where it’s about to be blown. This vigilance means that she’s one of the few people who can tactfully and breezily rein in those types of organic creative discussions (in the presence of clients) which can lead to hemorrhagic budgetary catastrophes.

She’s good at adapting to projects which require macro, and micro, management, and won’t do either inappropriately. She’s really quite intuitive this way. In short, if she is wholly accountable for a project, you can be certain it is in good hands. As if this weren’t enough, she’s just a really good person–the type to just randomly bring you a latte here or there, or to ask if anyone needs anything when she’s stepping out. This certainly isn’t a quality a person includes in their resume, but who doesn’t like working with just flat-out nice people?

I should also mention that Jennifer is an exceptionally loyal person. Because we can all get bruised about here and there in various workplaces, and because at the end of it, if we’re not working for ourselves, we know we’re all expendable if or when the dollars dive downward, it’s easy to develop a cavalier crust, and to act opportunistically. The people who don’t go cynical under these circumstances stand out, and in this way (along with so many others), Jennifer is rather extraordinary. She also will practically kill herself with overwork because her ethics are hard-freaking-core. So…you know. Please don’t ask her to.

I do not think anyone, in any company culture, would ever misstep in adding Jennifer to their team. She’ll quickly become one of your most significant assets.”
